Help please vgraziosa since you still have all the other channels etc. This seems to be an issue with Xfinity and not your TV. Chosen Solution I just installed a new lightning connector and the install went very smoothly. Now I have no issues with charging the phone but now the touch sensor doesn’t work. It pops up when I turn the phone on and states “Touch Id is unavailable on this phone”. Anyone have this happen before? Chosen Solution So I’ve replaced a screen on an iPhone 5S like I’ve done so many times! But this time the phone acts weird. It randomly comes with blue screen and restarts the phone. Chosen Solution I have a iPhone 5S that keeps rebooting itself no matter what charge it is at. I have restored from backup, restored as new and it still reboots unexpectedly. At first I thought it was iOS related but since i’ve done the restores the problem is still here. I don’t suspect its the U2 IC Chip as my phone charges perfectly, I even tried a different battery and the phone charges that battery also but will still reboot at any percentage whether it be 22% or 97% (random percentages) with both batteries....

What I did with mine is that I bought a universal battery charger, opened my iPod, after one minute of charging my iPod started booting up. Assembled backed and my battery was miserable, holds charge for 1 hour so I ordered a new battery from eBay. Never let your battery fully drain!...
