Chosen Solution I am replacing the battery in a late 2013 MBP Retina 13”. Getting the battery unglued was a royal PITA. Is there any reason not to leave the new battery unglued, i.e. to leave the cover paper in place? Is the glue really necessary? The problem with the rMBP chassis is there are no screw points, so you cannot bypass the double sided tape method sadly. You can probably replace it with weaker tape that comes up easier, but the thickness has to be exact or very close - as in a few mm thinner at most....

Chosen Solution Hi, i have Samsung galaxy S5 model SM-901F, but i cant find any screen for it. Best i can find is screen for G-901F. Are they compatible ? Circuits from back side of the screen look same as mine. I know, that G-901F is not compatible with G-900F screen, but i cant find anything about SM-G901F. Well it was dead so I charged it to turn back on and this is what I get, I want to know if the LCD is unsalvagable or it’s some other issue. Chosen Solution Replace hard drive, per Apple Store. Install started, at 32 mins goes to 15 mins and shuts down. Placed fan near-by units still shuts down. Tried several times with the same results. help Most likely is failed capacitors on the logic board. There should be about 24 cans on the logic board. Look for ones that are swollen and or leaking.

Chosen Solution I replaced a Iphone 6 display some days ago. The display was cracked, I ordered a new display on Ifixit.com. The replacement went perfectly. But the user calls yesterday, she tells that since I replaced the display, when she talk with her phone her cheek “activate” the display.
