Chosen Solution Hi, My Mac suddenly crashed just when I was full screening a magazine online. Since then the iMac has not been able to boot, boot from macOS USB or go to recovery mode. It just shows a white screen (as in 1st picture) after eg choosing WiFi for recovery mode (2nd picture). The bar loads, the Apple logo comes on it loads half ways and go to white screen...
Chosen Solution I have a BLU 5.0 Mega that I am trying to pair with my Jabra Step. It finds the step, but when it tries to pair I get a message saying it can’t connect because of an incorrect pin / passkey, but I don’t see where I can enter a passkey. Try some default codes, they are usually 0000, 1234 or 9999. The device should display the code, its odd that it does not....
Chosen Solution Issue description: touch screen randomly become unresponsive for 1-3 seconds then back to normal again, during the period any finger touch will be ignored, but Apple Pencil works fine on it. why I am asking instead of going to Apple store: I did, 2 month ago when my first 10.5” was having the same issue, after grueling battle with genius I was able to get a brand new one (Not repaired), and this one is also getting the same touchscreen issue....
Chosen Solution i change the microphone flex as well as speaker and clean every area. Still it doesn’t work, during calls if put on speaker microphone starts work but without speaker phone , other person cant hear my voice. I am suspicious my motherboard have any issue kindly suggest. Chosen Solution Hi, I have a liquid damaged Iphone 7. I replaced one of the LCD connectors since some pins was burned . The liquid seemed to be on the lcd flex, and connectors, and not all over the motherboard. Therefore i have not preformed any ultrasonic cleaning yet. There is no picture on the LCD and backlight is dead, but the phone vibrates when i touch the home button. I have tried to ghost type the lock code, but the touch screen seemed unresponsive (no vibration after failed attempts)....
Chosen Solution My iphone x needed a battery change as and new screen. Upon receiving it t he phone won’t let me enter my passcode :( it keeps giving me the error of wrong passcode and I can’t even restore it to factory settings ……help You need to connect to iTunes, put the phone into dfu mode and restore it back to factory. To put into dfu Press volume up then volume down, then press and hold the power button....

Chosen Solution Basically, I get audio only coming out of my left side or extremely soft audio unless I turn the audio jack the right way. I just randomly turn it until it works. I tested the headphone on my phone and another audio socket and the issue persisted, so the problem is with the headphones and not the socket. I also tried cleaning dust off the jack but it didn’t help....

Chosen Solution Hello I have received an iPhone 5 (ios 9.2.1) that could not power on and was not able to charge the battery when is connected through lightning connector… just showed a black screen. I removed the battery and reading with a multimeter, the battery showed 0v. Chosen Solution Just recently replaced a iPhone XS screen and pretty sure before the earspeaker worked now after the screen replacement it doesn’t, Face ID proximity sensor front camera etc all work just not the earspeaker unsure why Any help would be great thanks You could have damaged the solder joints on the cable. You can replace the the earpiece speaker. But my guess is a bad connection to the motherboard....
Chosen Solution My 80 gig Ipod video 5th generation has the following issue. If I connect it to any PC an icon for the ipod drive will show up under “My Computer”. Sometimes it is labeled “USB drive” or maybe not labeled at all. If you try to open it the PC will perpetually hang and nothing happens. Under “Device Manager” the Ipod shows up under “Disk drives” as “Apple Ipod USB Device”....

Can someone post a photo please of the correctly cable to jack assignment? I need to see how the cables are connected to the connector jack, I have accidentally changed the order of the cables and therefore IR sensor and the Status light do not work anymore....

I went to hook it all back up after my move. I plugged the usb hub via usb to my mac, then i plugged the power source into the hub. The problem is, i used the wrong power supply!...
