Chosen Solution I’m not an iphone guy, so forgive me if this is stupid. I am tinkering with a coworkers phone. It won’t boot by pressing the power button. However, if I plug it in, it will power on and go to recovery mode (I placed it in that mode). I can’t get out of recovery mode. Doing a hard reset while its plugged in doesn’t seem to do anything. Doing it while it isn’t plugged in seems to power the device off, but when I power it back on (plugged in), it just goes back to recovery mode....
Chosen Solution How do I remove the silent switch from the old housing to new I see two metal clips or something holding the switch in place. I know this is a very late reply, but for anyone still looking, you need to just pull the mute switch up and bend the metal clips holding it in until you can slide the switch out. Then slide the new switch in and use a small flat head screwdriver to flatten the metal clips you have just bent....
Chosen Solution Hi, I don’t know if any one still has these but recently my Nano only works when it is charged. When I disconnect it says it’s full but then it turns off a white screen for a few then it goes black. When I plug in the charger though it turns on like a normal Nano. Sounds like its time for a new battery. I would suggest either replacing the battery or plugging it into a portable power source such as a portable battery....

That worked, waited and forced ice harvest. That worked, but did not fill the tray with water after. Chosen Solution Ok, the stand of my Imac broke, so I opened up the Imac myself and replaced it with a new stand. After closing the Imac together, the fan blows at full speed. I have not changed any parts. I tried to find a solution to the problem. Have done SMC reset and PRAM reset a zillion times, this does not solve the issue. I have opened up the computer again and tried to see if there was any cables to the fan that wasn’t set right, also checked cables to the hard drive....
