Chosen Solution Every time I put my charger in my tablet, the lightning bolt does not appear on my charger. Instead the battery colour changes from red to white. When I go to settings it tells me its charging. Also I can put my brightness all the way which usally I cant do that because its below 5%. When I sometimes restart it it goes all the way up to 15%....

Chosen Solution Recently started having problems with the screen turning on/off intermittently. Opening the screen sometimes it goes blank, fades or screen is all grey. Noticed that if I grab the right corner near the hinge and squeeze upper and lower halves together it comes on. Also noticed the screw at that corner holding the halves together is stripped. Is there a switch in there that activates the screen when opened....

Chosen Solution Is there a simple way to fix this and how much would it cost if I need new parts I have this issue. I can temporarily solve it by disassembling the controller and disconnecting the two antenna cables and then connecting them again, but that only seems to fix it for a day before the controller wont turn on again.

Chosen Solution Laptop is 4 years old, the old battery would only run the computer for a short time. I purchased a new battery, turned the laptop off, unpluged it and replaced the battery. I let it charge pluged in to cord over night . next day I tried to turn it on but nothing happened, not one thing! I took the new battery out and put the old battery back in, because it was working fine that way before....

If I cycle power or rerun previous cycle (hitting start button twice) it may eventually wash. I’m about to purchase a replacement control board but figured I’d ask here if it could be something else. Chosen Solution Hey, I’ve had greyed out WiFi and Bluetooth in settings so decided to replace WiFi IC on the motherboard. Heated up the component with heat gun, cleaned the area, applied flux and replaced with the new one, heated up and left to cool down. After that phone didn’t switch on anymore, went take a charge either. Any idea what went wrong? Thanks. Try reconnecting the battery, close the phone back up, heat for a couple sec and the stick in the freezer for 10 mins....
