Chosen Solution I plan to do a body swap for an XR that has a cracked camera lens. Is it necessary for me to also swap the front cameras for the face id to work? I will be using the body from a complete XR that has never been opened or repaired. Both phones have functioning face id currently face ID should work as long as you put everything from the cracked lens phone into the new body....
Chosen Solution I recently performed a RAM and SSD upgrade on my iMac but after reassembling everything back together, it didn’t boot up, no chime. I didn’t glue the screen back and I tried to have a look inside while the power cord was still plugged. I can see a green LED on the motherboard. Using a tool like a iCopy you can copy the original battery’s serial number and put it on a replacement battery.
