Chosen Solution Hello, samsung 40" tv stopped working. When turning on there was some pixelated light on the screen but then it went straight into standby. Looking at some online advice I thought it might be the backlight converter…..then somewhere else is said it might be the power source to the backlight converter…. Good news is USB port replaceable easily because of surface pro3 comes with full size USB port. if the USB connector internally damaged you can replace it. if you cannot find damages on it check the 5V DC power rails + USB fuse before replacing the USB port....

Chosen Solution I am dealing with a Technics SA-EX100 stereo receiver. My issue is that the right input for phono is super low. This is what I’ve tested so far using my headphones: -Swapped left and right phono in, made the left side quiet and the right side normal volume -Plugged the phono into CD and tape inputs. They were very quiet since it lacks the pre-amp, but they were at an equal volume for both left and right -Playing something else like the radio give equal volume in both left and right I have been able to hear the phono right side at a low level by turning the balance almost all the way to the right and then turning the volume up to max....

Chosen Solution Same problem, no sound when it goes black. I have a UN55JU6400FXZA Series 6. When it starts, it goes black/no sound 2-5 times a minute for about 3 seconds each time. Recently, it started to go black for 10+ seconds at a time. So far I’ve only unplugged the power cord, waited 30-60 seconds and that clears it up for a while (maybe an evening long). Tonight I just unplugged it, but next time I’ll test accessing the menu and other preliminary tests, but I want to follow this thread....

Chosen Solution My computer randomly wouldn’t download a PowerPoint from blackboard. And then I restarted it and when it came back on it wasnt letting me open any app. Then I restarted it again and now it is stuck on the few screen with the Apple logo and progress bar. It gets half way loaded and then white text with black highlight appears and it makes the ding sound (like when it turns on) and goes black then tries to load again....

Chosen Solution After my laptop took water I cleaned the board and lost two resistors . The two resistors are located near an smd integrated circuit marked AM1 (see picture). The motherboard is from a Macbook Air A1466 EMC2925. The motherboard is from a Macbook Air A1466 EMC2925. @mosdaniel as you already pointed out both are resistors. The ones you marked as missing are: Reference Designator R8155 which is a 1K 5% 1/20W resistor in a 201 package Reference Designator R8157 which is a 100 ohm 5% 1/20W resistor in a 201 package

Chosen Solution I dropped my tablet and now the screen is white with stripes I’m not 100% sure but if u see that stripes i can suppose a damage of the logic board -> u need a new tablet But anyway try to find out if someone can repair it (even if i don’t think so)

Chosen Solution Phone is disabled because of entering the wrong passcode so many times. I remember the password now but can’t find a way to put it on. Is there a way for me to enter the password through iTunes or iPhone? You will need to plug that baby into itunes and hopefully you have a recent backup that you can restore i have the same ptoblem
