Chosen Solution I installed a new timing belt on a 2004 vw beetle 2.0 non turbo and the teeth lines on the cam and crank seem right of what I can identify on these lines and I have to release the gas pedal for the car to shift into gear. Any clue what the issue is. Now I have a code popping up saying the car isn’t reading the cam sensor and cylinder 4 is open which gives me a small miss at times but I did change my plugs while I did my timing and water pump so guessing I damaged the wires or coil acting dumb....
Chosen Solution I recently replaced the water pump, radiator, and the thermostat and housing now I can not get the thermostat housing to stop leaking. Chosen Solution Hello. My screen has completely refused to rotate. I have tried every suggestion I found on the internet. I unlocked the orientation lock to be able to rotate it, I had rebooted it by holding the power and home key for 15 seconds, I restarted the phone like 10 times. Yet the problem persists. I noticed a few days ago some marks beneath my screen. At first I thought that it was dirt under my screen protector, but upon replacing the screen protector, I realized that the marks were under the screens first layer....
Chosen Solution I bought the replacement screen I dropped and cracked mine, everything went perfect but once it was all back together the home button doesn’t work. Anybody have this happen? and any suggestions, i know to replace the home button I have to remove the screen again and would like to avoid that. Pry up the assembly again and check where the home button is. There should be two small gold prongs protruding from the assembly....
Chosen Solution After spilling pop in my system the fan wont work and the system shuts off Hello hbthacker42, I’m just going to be honest with you. You most likely ruined the main motherboard of the system. I don’t know how much pop you spilled, but if the fan isn’t working and it keeps shutting off, then it was most likely enough to kill the system. The two things I can recommend are to take it to a console repair shop and see if they can fix it, or just buy a new console all together....

Chosen Solution I have the 128GB SSD from the Fusion Drive of my late 2012 iMac. After some searching, I’ve found an OWC enclosure that they say works for the SSD in the 2012 MacBook Air. That SSD seems to have the same pin layout as mine. What are the chances the enclosure will work? Are there any other options? I’ve found enclosures for standard M.2 drives but, of course, Apple’s connection seems just a little different....
Chosen Solution After installing some new components into my iMac G4, including 2 new sticks of RAM, I found that my iMac won’t start up again properly. After pressing the power button, the computer will make a mechanical-sounding noise, presumably the cd drive, and the fans will spin, and that’s it. The chime doesn’t play, and nothing appears on the screen. I’m not too sure of what the problem is here, as it was working perfectly before I upgraded it....

Chosen Solution I have the original home button to my iphone 6 & reset it to factory settings yesterday. Just tried to setup touch id & i get hit with “Unable to complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again” whats wrong? you have the original hone button, if you changed the home button from 1 to another screen it is possible to have damaged the cable in the process....
Chosen Solution Before screen replacement, cellular data signal 4G was working fine as it should be. Got it screen replaced by myself with new ones and since then the cellular data signal only stays on 3G where 4G is possible. Need help. There’s an antenna connector near the screen connector and the battery connector. Check to see if they are both fully seated for those cables.

Chosen Solution Hi, I removed iphone 8 back glass with knife and hairdryer , after this phone doesnt charge or boot. It was never open before, I was removing glass without screen dissasembly. Which flex could be cut ? What can cause issue ? You could’ve overheated the battery or board. It’s not likely that would happen but it probably can. Try a new battery
Chosen Solution Reciently a family member gave me an old iPhone 8 Plus to repair. The back glass was shattered, the screen was cracked, it wouldn’t charge but would sometimes turn on. I removed the back glass using a heat gun and prying tool (I don’t think I used enough heat to damage the components - I could touch the parts that were heated up without it being uncomfortable or burning my fingers)....
