Hi, The best option is to open the speaker and see what the problem actually is, as it could be any number of things. Chosen Solution I dropped my iphone 12 mini and the back glass smashed, it was in a case and the rest of the phone is in good condition (front not smashed at all). I picked it up and saw I had no mobile data signal, wifi or bluetooth available to use. I took it to apple and they weren’t much help as the back is quite smashed with no signal they couldn’t guarantee a £250 back glass repair would even fix it....

You can try to open it up, disconnect the battery, clean any corrosion you find (alcohol, soft toothbrush extreme care) dry thoroughly, reassemble and pray. I checked System Information while I’m charging via portable external charger and it reads as 31W coming in while Apple charger is moving 60W....

The G4 plays dvd and cd fine with no problems at all. My internet speed is not a problem as I’m running at 7000Kbps & have no issues with my pc’s. my video editing doesn’t appear to have any problems either, it’s just internet videos....
