Chosen Solution I just moved to German and the store is saying the US Samsung Q60R (QN49Q60R) is dual voltage but can’t open the TV back to check the board, does anyone know if it is actually a dual voltage TV inside? On the back of the TV it should say input voltage. Pretty much everything is dual voltage now.
Chosen Solution I have replaced all the ink cartridges, but it still wont print. The ink icons blink across the board. Printer says it has an “error”. Nothing found. Doesn’t work. I think you need to change the print head. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-934-935… This is the “Caddy” where all the ink cartridges are installed into. This should just pop right out. HP updated their cartridge chips and they will not work in older 8100’s!...
Chosen Solution I have a J7 Crown S767VL that has no screen display it stays black phone is still powered on and when I try to hard reset it doesn’t fix the issue I have tried to power off by holding power + volume down button for 20+ seconds and after about 15 seconds of holding buttons it vibrates every 1-1.5 seconds and does not power off. I have been attempting to factory reset with black screen with no luck and have exhausted my options available online....

Our 10 year old CPK-17 tea kettle started flashing the blue light and beeping at random times with plenty of water in the kettle. I replaced the thermistor with the NTCAIMME3C90373 and after a week’s use, it seems to be working okay again....
Chosen Solution as the title says. but i found out if it press on the 3 mouse buttons when i turn it on it stays on but it doesn’t work just red laser. ibrahim the only thing you can do for now is to disassemble it. Check for broken components on the circuit board as well as torn wires etc. If you give us a model we might find more information for the specific model....
Chosen Solution I recently had a customer that brought me a SM-T230NU tab 4 with a damaged charge port, and apparently the customers daughter didn’t know that you can’t just force in a charger and shorted the board, so I replaced the charging port and it turned on for a few seconds then it started to reboot every 3 seconds for 12 seconds before shutting down completely and now it doesn’t show any signs of life , I am hoping that the problem is a resistor but I cant find a scamatics anywhere...

You will need to download a file manager app from Google Store and purchase a Micro SD card to transfer to the card and free up internal hard drive storage . Alternatively you can send your large files , pics, etc; to Cloud storage such as Drop Box ....

Chosen Solution i spill my drink on to my macbook pro and i clean up immediately it has been over 24 hour now my computer still work any chance that the liquid might get to the logic board i run a aht no error found it could have gotten inside better to open it up and get it serviced or cleaned. no harm in that right!
Chosen Solution I went to the Apple Authorised Reseller here in Sri Lanka ( we don’t have an official Apple store, yet). They said i have to change the whole top portion of the Macbook which i think is absurd. Shut down the laptop don’t connect it to the charger too, move to nearest service center as if liquid enter the laptop it can cause hardware error.

Chosen Solution New cartridge but continues to say incompatible cartridge My printer HP deskjet 2050 still says black cartridge is incompatible. It also displays that my printer is configured Verify that the ink cartridge is correct for that model. If it is not the correct part number then that would be a problem. If it is correct determine if the replacement is a oem or is it a aftermarket. Most printer companies recommend against the use of aftermarket ink cartridges....

Chosen Solution Ipad works fine but ever since the 13.7 update and since I replaced the lcd with the IFixit lcd, my Ipad has been randomly rebooting. I am getting an error that says “no successful checkins from com.apple.thermalmonitord”. It works sometimes but not other times. I just wanted to know if anybody else had this problem and whether or not it is related to the lcd or the flex cables that came with it....
Chosen Solution I just replaced the battery in my 3GS following ifixit directions. Everything else works fine but the phone will not link up with my cell provider and only shows “No Service”. It connects to my wifi network but no phone service. I opened it back up and double-checked all connections, reassembled it, re-inserted the SIM card. Still no service. Tried a hard reset. Still no service. Any ideas?...
Chosen Solution I replaced a iPhone 5 screen for a customer the other day. It worked fine when it was picked up, but a day later they returned it with a black screen. The phone seems to start up when plugged in to charge and vibrates when muted/unmuted, but the screen stays black. Whats puzzling is that it doesn’t seems to start when I only use the power button. I can turn it off by holding power button and slide the bar, so the touch seems to work....

Chosen Solution Hello everyone. I’ve heard of touch disease and I’ve encountered this many times. Sometimes I get a bad digitizer or one that has touch issues but when I open the phone the digitizer works. Reseat the screen and no touch. I’m seeing this everyday. Any idea how to repair this? Replacing the screen doesn’t seem to work every time. Thanks in advance. Your only options are to replace the Touch IC chip or reflow the solder pads on the Touch IC chip....
