Chosen Solution when i plug my ear buds in/or speakers i have no sound I assume you’ve checked different headphones/speakers that you know work with other audio sources, correct? if so, one other thing to try would connecting to some audio output device via the dock connector (speaker dock, car adapter etc) – if you have such thing available. if sound comes out via dock connected speakers then at least you know it’s not likely a logic board problem....
Chosen Solution Im pretty sure lightning struck my outside antenna and ran thru the cable inside my tv. Now i have no power to the tv. Electrical outlet is fine and working. @binkster32 you will have to remove the back from your TV to inspect for any damaged components on your boards. Check the fuses on the power board, check for charred or missing components. Usually with lightning you end up with a damaged main board 1st and then power board 2nd....
Chosen Solution HI, I’m trying to figure out whether the SSD part number 655-1816B is compatible with MBP 13" Early 2015. I know according to iFixit, the 655-1816A is compatible. Is there much difference between the 2 revisions. It seems very tricky to navigate the various identifying numbers and their compatibility with the various models. Both versions seem to share another identifying character string, which is THNSN2128GSPS if that helps. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this, as it has me pretty much beaten....

While changing the tranny oil filter I found a plug with all the wires cut and nothing connected next to the speedometer plug on the right side and later found out it is for the lock up torque converter switch. Chosen Solution My Jura J5 does not dispense coffee or water, but runs. It collects in the tray instead. What can I do to fix it? The drain valve needs to be rebuilt. I had the same problem with my Jura. I disassembled it and rebuilt the drain value and brew group. It is back up and running after replacing the o-rings and regreasing the parts. So i’ll try to make a recommendation for each. Check your cables. If you are using something with a 4k output to a 4k monitor but not using 4k cables then I have seen some strange display issues....

Measure the output voltages on your power board connector to the main board. The values for that are printed on the power board itself. Let us know what voltages you get. Also, measure the voltages on the LED connector (power board to LED backlight) let us know what voltages you get on that....

Any ideas….? You only need the HDD as the SSD is a collection file copies of your most accessed files in a Fusion Drive config. It does sound like your HDD is the drive thats in trouble ;-{ You may need to ship the drive off to a data recovery service
