Chosen Solution I just replaced the charging port and tapic engine and now my phone is stuck in a boot loop. I went back and disconnected the front camera, home button, and doubled checked all connections. The only thing I noticed is that I did lose some screws during the process of checking things due to my children messing around and dropped the loose parts onto the carpet. After I connected the battery and all ribbon cables from display and powered on, apple logo shows up and then turns off again. Chosen Solution Hi, my landlord moved my PlayStation while still plugged in. The next time I used it a breaker popped twice (my entire apartment minus lights lost power). I unplugged the unit and had no more electrical issues. I have no way to open it to find out if there is damage. Would someone know? Something does not sound right here. If by using the unit you mean that you plugged it in to use it, then the problem is more likely to be the power cord and not the machine itself....

Chosen Solution I was having Kernel Panics every few minutes. Took my system to the Apple Store, they did diagnostic tests and it came back that all hardware is good. I ended up deleting everything and reloading the OS. Unfortunately, I am still having them. Certainly not as often, however it is still occurring. Does anyone know why this might be the case? It is well known that metal contacts carrying very low currents will oxidize or build up resistance. Chosen Solution Broke iPhone 8 screen after dropping it. Ordered a new screen replacement off eBay and repaired the screen. Now when charging it will only show the black battery that is charging and sometimes when I charge it on a different day it will show the Apple logo then go back to the black screen with the battery charging. Chosen Solution My rear camera got shaky and would not focus. I replaced the camera, it works fine. Afterwards my earpiece and front camera would not work. I checked and double checked all the straps. All connected well, nothing damaged. Any ideas? The ear speaker assembly is so fragile, there is probably damage caused that you can’t see. Replacement parts are really really cheap and luckily they aren’t paired to the phone like the new ones....

Chosen Solution When i plug in my i pad it shows me (not charging) no matter what plug i put it into it just dose not charge. The issue may lie with either the dock connector or the battery. Either or both items may need to be replaced. The cheaper solution would be to change the dock connector. Sometimes it is the charger. A common problem is people with iPhones or iPods who have iPads try to use the charger that can only charge iPhones or iPods and will not charge iPads....

Power off and don’t charge. Treating liquid damage is like treating a stain on your favorite shirt, you have to treat it immediately. If wireless charging still works, then it’s most likely a problem with your charging port. Some repair shops will immediately jump to the conclusion that you need a full replacement, but if you look in your charging port with a flashlight, you may be able to see debris inside....
