I was going to replace it but I would like to know if there’s any way to fix it first. I’m pretty clumsy and drop it a lot so I assume a connection got loose somewhere inside, but I couldn’t find any information on my specific problem or any way to fix it....

It will only light up a black screen where I can move my mouse across without lags, but this is how far it comes, the Acer logo appeard the first time I turned it on but after I shut it down with the on/off button it just shows me the black screen with the possibility to move the mouse....
Chosen Solution One of the pins of my (micro) USB charging port just fell out. I’m just wondering if my JBL can charge without it or if I should just go to a repair shop and have it replaced? Check which pin fell out. As long as pins 1 and 5 are in place, it should work fine for power only.

Chosen Solution How do you recover your logon pattern? I forgot mine. Sadly you will have to factory reset your tablet in order to be able to use this tablet again. Factory resetting your tablet will erase all data stored on your tablet. Ensure the tablet is connected to the charger and has at least 45% battery left. If the battery dies during this process the device could be damaged. Power off the tablet fully....

Where would I acquire a replacement LED screen? The phone says “IPhone disabled connect to iTunes” so I looked up videos on how to do it & I turned my iPhone off , held the home button & plugged it in . It went to recovery mode . I hit restore on iTunes & it says it will take about 60 mins to complete , so I waited & waited when it was at about 45 mins remaining , my iPhone turned back on to the screen that says phone is disabled , & on iTunes it pops up must need passcode …....

Chosen Solution the ribbons are completely apart up where the camera is . How can I repair this and would this not make the phone not work Only way I know to repair something like this is to.replace the damaged ribbons. And since most of us can’t solder that precisely that mean whatever it was attached to will have to be replaced most likely as well. As to whether or not the phone will still work… really depends on what they attach to....

If you dont know the Passwort from the Google Account can only Hard Reset the Phone. Turn the Phone Off Start it by Pressing Volume Up + Power Button für about 15 Seconds, then you can select “factory Reset” by using the Vol Up and Down Buttons, and Agree with the Power Button....
Chosen Solution Hello. After having pulled out hair dryer from the electrical outlet my iMac has stopped working. the power supply and the fan was working but the screen was black. I turn it off with the power button and then power it on again but it does nothing. . Only Led 1 is on on the logic board.. with a new power supply again the same. We measure everything in the logic board(with schematic) and all it’s ok....

Chosen Solution I am currently on the 10 beta software. The problem started after updating to 9.3.3. My service works for about 24 hours anytime a new software update comes out. Then I am able to turn airplane mode on and off for a few time to get the service to work. This fix eventually is unable to work and my phone shows “searching…” status. I have tried turning my phone on and off, restoring, taking my sim card out, replacing my sim card, and resetting my network setting and none of those have provided more than a temporary fix....
Chosen Solution So i got an iPhone 6 from my brother that i was going to restore and use (im currently rocking the 5C and i had some of the parts laying around for one anyways). I knew it had VERY little water damage but it still powered on and worked while he used it until he dropped it and obliterated the screen. Before i bought the parts i saw it would randomly restart so i bought a battery along with the screen thinking it was a battery problem....
Chosen Solution Original battery was replaced with crap no-name battery that swelled up, actually pushing the case apart. Replaced battery with ifixit battery, now phone is in slow reset loop - black screen for 5 minutes, then white screen with black apple for 2 seconds, then black screen for 5 mins, etc. Restore via iTunes and see any error shows then you got a solution following the error.
Chosen Solution Alright fellow repairers, here’s a tough one : I repaired a broken screen on a completely destroyed iPhone 8 (both front and back glass smashed) - but the phone was still working perfectly. I made a chassis replacement, successfully. Then, I changed the screen, successfully also as usual. I let the phone charge (battery at 85% capacity), and come back an hour or so later : big surprise, the phone won’t turn on....

Chosen Solution Is it safe for me to change out the logic board/charging port of my 2018 iPad myself? Or will doing so brick it because of “unauthorized parts”? I wouldn’t DIY the charge port on one of these if that’s what you’re referring to. But if you’re referring to replacing the main logic board and a charge port then go for it. In the case of the iPad 6 apple doesn’t “brick” devices due to “unathorized parts”....
