Chosen Solution I have sound issues wihen I plug in my ear buds some times they work most times not then sometimes they only work out of one ear this thing is driving me crazy! Please help! To isolate where the problem is coming from, try using a different set of headphones with the iPod. And try using your iPod headphones with a different machine. If the problem persists when you’re using different headphones with your iPod, you may have a problem with the headphone socket on the iPod....

Chosen Solution iPad works good on wi-fi. On LTE it’s iffy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it works slow and sometimes not at all. I have AT&T as a provider with my iPad and my cell phone (iPhone 12 mini) on the same plan. The iPhone works great and when the iPad doesn’t work I hotspot off my phone and everything is ok til I run out of hotspot data. So I don’t think it’s a carrier problem, it’s more of a receiver problem....

Chosen Solution My iPad is on iOS 10.3.3. I cracked he screen and the battery etc was disconnected for a week now. Popped the new lcd and digitiser in and tried switching it on but the device did not switch on. I then plugged it into a wall adapter and saw the Apple logo (finally). But then the device started bootlooping on the Apple logo. I hard reset the device and eventually I was led to just a blank screen....

Chosen Solution Are the digitizer touch screens for the Mini 3 & 4 the same touch screen as on the earlier 1 & 2 models other than the finger print sensors? (which is transferred over) IC connector and all? Or are they different completely. Mainly what I’m getting at is I have a few iPad Mini 2 digitizers here, can they be used to repair the Mini 3 or 4? Chosen Solution i have repaired a iphone 6 and now the wifi bluetooth dont work, like disabled by the menu and phone shutdown instantly sometimes after 5 minutes of using we are doing repair of lcd by other tech and now wifi bt and anormal shutdown problem I have seen the power issue on a few iPhone 6 and 6+’s that I’ve had in the shop. The power issue is almost always caused by a bad part being put on the phone....

Chosen Solution Hi everyone. I do custom housing changes and never have had this issue where service is not as great as it was and Apple Pay doesn’t go through at all? Any ideas? Housing is part of the antenna, custom housing never works well because they change the material, shape and contact points inside.

Then i have decided to charge the whole block of audio jack and charging connector, i put all together again but still not detecting and not charging ! Chosen Solution I dropped my Iphone 6 and now it wont turn on. I tried plugging it back in and it acts like it wont even charge. I tried holding the power button and the home button down but it still wont do anything. I have opened up the phone and all the screen hoockups were attached. Yes, it will function if you replace the logic board, but make sure you replace the FaceID sensor as well as the motherboard, because each faceid sensor is paired the logic board.

Chosen Solution Or is it software locked like the iphone 12 screen? The iPhone 12 screens aren’t exactly “software locked”. All you get is a warning message telling you the screen has been changed. It doesn’t inhibit the device’s functionality. Worse case scenario you’ll lose TrueTone without the use of a special programmer which I don’t believe exists for the iPads quite yet but we have one for the iPhones.

Likely you have 2x4gb DDR3 1066mhz. You will need to upgrade to 2x8gb of exactly the same speed you are currently using. Chosen Solution I was wondering I broke one of the heatsink hold-down pins in my mid-2007 Mac mini and I was wondering if I can use a metal screw that’s a 4-40 3/4 screw to replace the plastic pin? Or if not do I need all four or can I just use three pins instead of all four pins? Hi This is a bit of a sticky situation isn’t it! It is important that you have all 4 as that will apply even pressure to the die of the chip as in even pressure can crack is in half and kill the chip instantly I would buy a new heatsink to be on the safe side but if that isn’t possible I would use 2 pins that are diagonally on ether corners of the heatsink to apply even pressure (refer to image below)...

Chosen Solution Hi Everyone, My phone is stuck on the apple logo. I could only get it to restore, but iTunes won’t detect. My lightning cable work. I assume my dock connector works as well since I got it to restore mode. Any Ideas? Just because the phone says it’s connected by the lightning cable doesn’t mean it actually is. Chosen Solution The jack on my cord to my headset has snapped in two. Can it be fixed? Replaced? It looks like the jack is a two-pole stereo jack. This fix will require some soldering. Find a 3.5mm (AUX) cable of sufficient thickness.Cut the end off of the headset’s cord, and cut off about 3 inches from the end of the AUX cable.Strip about an inch off of the outside sheath of both cords, then strip about 3/8 inch off of the end of all the ends of all wires inside (there should be 2, plus a sheath or ground), and twist each internal wire so that it doesn’t fray....

Chosen Solution Have a JBL Charge 3 I bought 13 months ago. Last week it was kicked into the pool courtesy of my 5 year old. It saw water on all sides as it rolled, it floated, and was never fully submerged, the rear flap covering the charge ports etc was securely closed. Since then, it won’t power OFF (and stay off). I push the power button and all the usual sounds play and it turns off....

Chosen Solution This is actually a JBL Flip 5 question. The clip that holds the cable broke. Is this a hopeless case? Is there a way to replace it by detaching the rubber part that the clip seems to be a part of and only replacing that part? I have the same speaker 🔊 that’s cool but if the clip broke it might still go together but if not the only solution is to glue it

Chosen Solution I think I know what is wrong with it, but am having trouble accessing the area. There is a metal rod on the bottom of my ice cube bucket that goes into a box (for lack of a better term) in the rear of the freezer compartment. Where that rod inserts, there is something loose with a black cylinder and foam piece. I can’t get this cover off. Any suggestions would be appreciated....
