Chosen Solution sense i got my iPhone from someone i know i dont know the history of the phone the only think he told me was that the home button dosent work like it shoud but i think that it has water damage and after 3 days the battery broke too is there a way to fix the home button the battery is not hard to fix You could bring the phone in to Apple for an out of warranty screen replacement which will cost you $195, but they give you a completely new front assembly - home button and all - which would solve your problem....

Chosen Solution Hey So I got a iPhone 5 here with some issues. Soo when I power on my iPhone, it displays the apple logo and then stays for 10 seconds intill it power down. It sits like that unless I press the power button again and it does this same process again. I decided that maybe it was the battery, so I changed the battery and the same thing happens....

Chosen Solution The ebike battery has a USB charging port. I plugged in, there was instant screen darkness. The cable also seems to no-longer be working. I tried a hard reset, and charging for sometime — no signs of life. I’m into fixing it, but I don’t know where to start and not sure how fatal the disease was… The ebike battery is a big 52v battery. I’m guessing that there was something wrong with that USB outlet… and it sent a big blast of energy into the phone....

Chosen Solution I recently cracked the screen on my 30 gig iPod Video, and decided that it was time to swap out the slowly dying battery while I was in there. Both repairs seemed to go just fine, and as soon as I plugged in the iPod, the Apple logo popped up, and all seemed well. I let it charge overnight, to make sure the new battery had a good base....

Chosen Solution I have two old macbooks (a1278 and 1342) lying around, both are pretty much in shambles but they have complementing working components. The a1342 has the best case but the a1278 logic board has a better processor and a sd card slot which I want te dremel into the white case. My question is the following: Since almost every component seems to be compatible between the two, could I essentially build the a1278 internals into a a1342 topcase?...

Chosen Solution I have a 2006 Silverado 2500hd it was making a horrible sound, I was told it was a barring. Then it started and died. We changed the belts and tension wheel and and another wheel. It started right up, sound was gone ran great. Went out this morning it starts then dies, no sound this time. Any ideas? Since you were poking around the front of the engine. Chosen Solution I changed my battery carefully, and after that Keyboard and trackpad stopped working. This seems to be a common problem and I have spent a lot of time going through all proposed solutions without success. I did all the boot resets suggested. I bought a replacement flex cable, which didn’t do anything. I then bought a replacement trackpad thinking that was the problem, again with no success. At this point I am thinking maybe I screwed up the motherboard....

Chosen Solution Occasionally when I make a call or answer a call, I can’t hear the caller. They can always hear me, and there’s no problem with my signal. I figured out that a quick fix is to put it on and off airplane mode, and then I can call them back and I can hear them fine. The next time you restart your computer, Windows 7 tries to use the new configuration. Chosen Solution Had problems with my strimmer leaking fuel from lines. Replaced them, but then started leaking out of the Carburetor. Bought a new Carburetor which seemed to fixed the problem and it started first pull (although priming bulb seemed very difficult to press and more bubbles than I can remember were inside). But after about 20 minutes of use the engine started dying and fuel started leaking out of the air filter....

Chosen Solution So I spilled soda on the keyboard. The laptop was on and charging. When the soda kept spilling in my keyboard the laptop flicked off. When I gave it a while to dry about 3 hours, the laptop was back to normal…except all of the keyboards did not work except for the power button and the battery kept showing a orange led. The laptop cannot identify the battery on the laptop....

Chosen Solution I downloaded am emojii launcher app, and deleted it, but it has really screwed up my phone. When I swipe to open phone it asked me what launcher I wanted to use to open with I had to choose one in order to open phone. Now all my icons are large and all over the place, plus there are blank icons as well. How can I fix this….please help....
