Chosen Solution I have replaced the lighning connector assembly of my iphone 7 with the products and manuals of ifixit two times. After the repair I check if the phone works and it does kind off, I can choose my language country and wifi but after that if I want to continue setting up my device it shows: device unknown. Both of the times I had this exact same problem. Does anyone know the solution I have started the phone with sim card without and while charging and without but I don’t know what to do anymore....

Chosen Solution Hi, I’ve been having issues with the WiFi not working on my current iPhone 6 Plus. My phone will allow me to connect enable and disable WiFi, but it doesn’t seem to be displaying any of them. I tried using the other networks option and inputting the information from there but it tells me that it can’t find any networks with that name. I am unsure if Bluetooth could also be affected since I don’t have any Bluetooth devices....

Chosen Solution I changed out my 5c battery. Plugged it in. The screen stayed blank but it would beep every 5 secs. Searched online, said it was a problem with the screen attachments. I have taken the phone apart a few times trying to reattach the screen. Now the screen has power but all it shows is white squares across the middle and red and blue lines on the top and bottom....

Chosen Solution I discovered an old iPod nano of mine and I am trying to fire it up again. I put it on a charger overnight but it is stuck on a blue screen. I hear clicking when I navigate with the controls but nothing besides that. Has anyone ever had this happen and found a solution to reset or reboot it into service again? If you are hearing clicking, it likely has a failed micro hard drive....

Chosen Solution I dropped my TAB S3 recently and the screen popped out. After having some repairs done on it a bit ago the screen was never in very sturdy. Anyway, it was fine on the ground and the screen still worked. However, while picking it up I accidentally disconnected the ribbon. Chosen Solution vulcan oven vc4gd-10 is this model lp gas or natural or both? @k4310 you can verify the type of gas supply for your Vulcan by checking the specifications on the rating plate, which is located behind the top trim panel on the front of the oven. According to the manual it is either LP or Propane.

Chosen Solution I have a Vizio 70” E700i-B3. It has sound but a black screen. I’m not sure how well my torch test has been but other than some ghost-like flashes when all the lights are out in the house I don’t see anything on the screen. The Vizio support hotline said it has to be the backlight, which Vizio itself doesn’t stock, but I can’t find a part called “backlight” on part supplies sites....

Chosen Solution Can I use the multi-connector to charge the battery? I tried using USB plug to a iPhone charging block. skostell not sure how you have it connected to an iPhone charger. I suggest you get an inexpensive charger like this for your battery. That way you do not have to worry about overcharging or destroying other things in the meantime.

To get subitems, repeat the bullet character once for each level of indent you want (e.g. ##) It is repairable, however it does involve some micro-soldering. If you don’t have experience replacing parts on logic boards then I wouldn’t make this your first foray into it. My suggestion is to find a local technician who does logic board rework and ask if he’d be willing to do it....

Chosen Solution I bought a Intel Quad-Core i7 875K CPU to replace the 3.2Ghz i3 in my 21" iMac 2010. This is specifically the same as the Intel 870K in the guide here on ifixit. I followed the guide and was careful to assemble everything back, all cables and screws. Now the iMac will not boot. The fans go on but there is no chime and no picture on the screen....

Chosen Solution My iPhone 4s battery connector got detached from the logoic board, after soldering it back iPhone isn’t charging and restart every 3-4 minutes like screen goes gray black and apple logo comes. I have one more battery tested with that but there is no difference. Battery was 57% and 2 hours later 40% while connected to the charge. Edit: Have a look at the detached battery connector. Please suggest can it be repaired or not....

Chosen Solution Hey, A friend of mine gave me his iPhone 5 to have the power button fixed. The button worked properly but there was no response on the phone. I replaced the whole flex (volume, mute, power), volume and mute works, but the power button still doesn’t. The button didn’t stop working suddenly, it begins little by little until it does nothing. Any ideas? could very well be a bad power flex, they are cheap enough to try another and see if this solves the problem....

Apple charges 100+ dollars to replace it. And I’m sure you don’t need to be a genius to repair and/or replace the new iphone screen. Chosen Solution Hi there, I have a iPhone 6 that is having a no sound issue as well as is unrecognizable by a computer. The phone does not output sound even when it has headphones plugged in. I have tried software reset. I have no idea but is it possibly the small audio ic? tristar? Tigris? I have no idea… Hoping someone might have some insight.
