Thank you Update (04/17/2019) PS: yes my TV is ALWAYS set to “subtitles ON” Unfortunately not. DVD’s, especially non-writable ones, are encrypted and set as read only. So you won’t be able to write subtitles to the disk/disc. (However you want to spell it)

Chosen Solution I downloaded avast cleanup and i think in the startup and background programs i accidentally disabled something that was for the keyboard and touchpad. A mouse still works though but any keyboard connected to the laptop wont work. I also cant go back to the avast cleanup startup and background programs because it now wont open !!! Your best bet is probably System Restore. Hopefully there’ll be a restore point prior you your Avast install....

Chosen Solution I dropped my IPhone 6 into lake and it was in the water for 20 to 30 minutes. When I got it out, I shook it to get the water out and it turned on without me pushing any buttons. It was hard for me to fully power it down, but I did. I placed it in rice for 24 hours and only took it out once to clean it, after 12 hours....

Wifi works fine, but bluetooth is unrecognised by System Profiler. That suggests to me that I need to connect to D-/D+ cables to my my wifi card adapter....

After I replaced my screen, I accidentally ripped the home bottom flex, LCD is fine and connected to the motherboard, atm, the ripped flex is not connected to the home button connector(J3801) on the motherboard. Chosen Solution I’ve got an early 2008 21.5" iMac that has developed vertical bars on the display, as below. Before blindly ordering parts, I’m trying to figure out if the culprit is more likely to be the LCD panel or the video card. As you can see, the bars are pretty wide, and they don’t seem to resemble the typical “vertical lines” issues you see on a lot of iMacs. They seem to manifest as lighter in color compared to the correct color in the surrounding areas....
Chosen Solution Hello all, iPhone 6S Plus came in with broken screen, replaced with full assembly. Screen was returned as it was flickering. I replaced it with a new screen, no flickering, but it was stuck in Apple Loop. I was able to get the device into Recovery mode and it would stay on, from here I could restore without anything rebooting (I would also not need to touch the screen)....
Chosen Solution After I did a reset on my iPad mini, it got an activation error, tried everything but still wouldn’t work, connected to iTunes, restore and update, remove the device from iCloud and still fails. I went to a repair shop and the technician said NAND chip is needed to be replaced, I’m kind of doubting because the iPad still turns on, I can set the language and location but during activation it fails, any idea how to fix this %#*@ thing?...
Chosen Solution I recently replaced my touchscreen on my iPhone 4 following the guide on here since it was dropped and the glass was cracked. After it’s been replaced the LCD works but the touch sensor doesn’t work. Is there any reason for this to happen? When I tried putting back the old screen the screen worked sporadically. I was only able to swipe the lock screen a few times however this was not the case before i opened it....
Chosen Solution My iPhone 5c rear camera has stopped working. When opening the camera app the front facing camera works but the rear appears black. Additionally, when attempting to use the flashlight the icon is grayed out. The flashlight will not start when it is pressed. I think that I have ruled this out the possibility of this being a software issue. I have rebooted, restored, and update the phone with no change in behavior....
Chosen Solution Hi, I sold a 5s two months ago and now the customer is complaining today that the latest update has left the screen all fuzzy and not working properly. The screen/phone was all genuine and had never been repaired. I have told them to restore it through iTunes so rule out software issues but they feel they shouldn’t have to do this and of course want a full refund Anybody had any issues with this recently?...

Within around 4 months of having the phone it started staying on a percentage (e.g. 36%) for a few hours then suddenly dying. I ignored this problem and did nothing. Anyway, this was my first time doing an iPhone 7 and when I plugged the screen in to test it everything worked fine except for the home button. All it took to register a home button press was just resting my finger on the button....
Chosen Solution why my iphone 7 home button wont work after replace battry? Did you remove the ribbon cable, found in [invalid guide link] and if so have you made sure you reattached it correctly? Do a restore, if that does not work the phone is dead, only Apple can fix it. you probably broke the home button extension cable when disassembling. It doesn’t take much to rip this fragile cable....

Going to apple logo then shuts down and again the same. I ve tried 3 different batteries I was also putting iphone into recovery and out of recovery. Still nothing. Is it possible that the U2 ic is damaged ? I compared with working logic board and all the components are on place....
