Chosen Solution I dropped my phone from my bed and when I went move the bed one of the legs from bed accidently landed on the back of the iPhone near the camera it didn’t break it or even scratch the the back of my iPhone. Later on in the day I realized my camera wasn’t working front or rear and my phone was over heating. I noticed that the battery wasn’t over heating the heat was coming from the mother board it gets so hot that sometimes I get a message saying I can’t use the iPhone cause its to hot and also my phone would take for ever to fully charge and it dies super quick if used it for 30 min straight it will die at 5%....

Chosen Solution I may be a bit paranoid, but I have a life proof waterproof. aka (water resistant) case. In a series of errors my phone slipped into the bath tub with the case on. However the vibrate/sound switch rubber was ripped and my home button membrane was gone. The phone was still working and I pulled it out of the case immediately as it looked slightly wet under the screen protector… I quickly took a qtip to all entry points and dried and possible areas off....

Chosen Solution Hi, I dropped my phone bad on its face and when I picked it up there was a black splotch on one side of the screen and vertical green and purple lines covering a decent portion of that same half of the phone as well as the bottom half of the screen being greatly faded. Chosen Solution just wondering if something can be adapted to help out dissipate the heat faster Its a bit more than a heat sink that’s needed. Apple’s physical design still won’t allow the heat to dissipate via the fan. If I was Apple… I would have created a vapor chamber which can be made thin and then mounted with a fin assembly to the side with the fan blowing across pushing the heat out....

Chosen Solution for whatever reason this laptop was working one day and gradually died, the first sign it gave me was a blue screen that only said “windows has encountered an error and need to restart” and it gave me the option to “restart” or “advanced” so not thinking i restarted. 6 hours or so later the login kept freezing (cursor was still functional) so i restarted again. but now all it does when i try to turn it on is spin the fan and light up the camera and power led for about a minute....

Chosen Solution I received a replacement battery with back cover for a 2017 MacBook 12” retina. On the battery black pads, some had a black paper covering them. They looked the same as the ones without the black paper like pads but didn’t feel the same. Are those “paper” covers to come off or is it part of the battery?
