Then, the home screen became like a “glitch” when I turned it back on after I turned it off to do work outside. I can’t press the pass code or anything to get in. Every time I turned on the home screen, it then “glitches” and fades to black. Somehow, the home button was working again but only for the power reset....

Is there a fuse inside that might have been blown? Kulwant Punghlia those are in general not fused. They may have components that act like a fuse (inductors, resistors etc)but we would have to see. You will have to disassemble it and take a look at the circuit board for burned components....

When I connect the camera to computer via a USB cable it does not register on computer (I don’t get the alert sound), hence I can’t do anything. Have you tried a new cable as well as a different USB port on the system? Is your camera able to charge via the USB connection? If not I suspect the cable is bad. While not as easy as plugging in your camera, you can take the memory stick out of your camera and use a Sony memory stick to USB adapter which is connected to your computer....

Any help would be great The trick with MSI is to unlatch the 3 sides before removing the cover - 100% not required, but get as many clips as you can. Once you unclip most of it, then you can stick something like a guitar pick by the jacks since you can use the leverage to sneak it in....

Chosen Solution My CRT tv set was turning the volume up by itself so I removed the bad IC responsible for the issue. Afterwards it wouldn’t turn on anymore. Not sure if I ruined the TV while removing the IC or if it just wasn’t turning on because the IC wasn’t there, I reconnected the IC. After plugging it in the fuse blew up. I factory reset it and it has an iCloud lock with an old phone number that i cannot recall and an old email which i am logged out of. If i replace the logic board, will this remove the iCloud lock? icloud is locked to the logic board and no other part of the phone so if you swap with a board that has no icloud then it will work, its not removing any lock its just swapping a board, remember that touch id is paired with the original board so if you want touch id you will need a matching home button for that board
