Chosen Solution My phone battery was dying so fast, so I decided to replace it, I replaced the battery phone turned on but digitizer wasn’t working. I unplugged the lcd cables and replugged them, but then it let out a puff of smoke from the cable area. Now the phone doesnt turn on at all, and i’ve tried charging it resetting it and everything. It will change to whatever the storage of your replacement board is. The « storage » is in form of some micro chips that are soldered to the logic board.

Chosen Solution Hi everyone. I bought a new vibrator for my iPhone 5c, since the original one wasn’t working properly. To replace it, I removed the display and the battery, like in the guide we find here. The new piece didn’t work. So I put the original back… and for my surprise, it didn’t work as well. Chosen Solution Wife’s iPhone 5S kept looping between an Apple and low battery logo. Took it to UBreakIFix and they said it was the logic board that is dead, which they don’t fix. My wife hasn’t backed up her phone in a long time so she has some pictures and notes on it that she’d like to keep. Chosen Solution I have an iphone 6 error 14 when I try to update on iTunes, I try to exit Recovery mode through that way but fail. Usually stops around 20% then error 14. Chosen Solution So this is a very strange problem that I have never faced before: The iPhone 7 does not boot up (Apple Logo appears forever…) expect I put it in the freezer for 10-15mins. I have already swapped the battery but the problem appears. So if I boot up the phone in normal temperature, it won’t boot up properly, you can feel that the home button is working, but the apple logo won’t disappear and so the phone is stuck in a boot loop....

Chosen Solution My trackpad isn’t working at all - I’ve fiddled with all the settings etc, but no joy. I’m wondering can I at least take the batteries out (like in the earlier models with the iOpener) to check the zif connector, and hopefully, if necessary, to replace the trackpad… Yes you can change the trackpad but you have to get the battery’s out and that is no fun task, (or to put them back) the best way is to get something to remove the glue under the battery’s, heat won’t do anything to the glue as the battery’s are to thick… You may find this video useful; https://youtu....
