Chosen Solution Gave my newphew my iphone to play with but i got it back it was stuck on recovery mode so i try to restore but keeps geting back to recovery mode. I try a clean restore with itunes, try custom restore with redsn0w but something keep gettin error 21, 1611 and 3124 try on 3 diferent computer same thing. This is so far what i try firts change the host file, tinyumbrella also swap the battery but nothing one thing i notice that tinyumbrella only recognizes the iphone like a numbers, no firmware, baseband or serial number appears where it should be on tinyumbrella anyone with the same problem and found a solution please let me know thanks alot in advance....

Chosen Solution hello all i have an iphone xr that i’ve recently gotten in for a repair, only i have one very strange issue with it, it will refuse to charge any aftermarket battery, i tried high quality ones, generic ones no dice, it will only charge its original battery, when attempting to charge a different battery it will appear on a current meter that it is charging at first then after the phone fully boots the current meter reads 0....

Have you tried to power it on while charging/plugged into computer? If this does not work, I highly suggest replacing the battery. You can get this replaced at your local Apple store or do it yourself....

Chosen Solution Title kinda explains itself, Im wanting to figure out if i can swap this to USB-C from MicroUSB i doubt there is a port for straight swap as the pinout would be different so it would involve running micro jumper wires and probably modifying the case for a different style of port

Chosen Solution So I stepped on my Galaxy Tab S2 (9.7) while it was facing screen down on my bedroom floor and I saw a spiral crack that wasn’t visible on the screen glass itself, but rather on a layer beneath the glass. I didn’t think much of it initially, because the screen functioned perfectly and the crack while large was only noticeable under direct light. Later that day I turned on the tablet and the entire screen had a bluish film over it and the tablet was having difficulty registering touches (I was however able to enter my pin after multiple tries to unlock the device)....

Chosen Solution I tested an electric fence with my Fluke 77 series II. Bad idea. Now I can’t read AC/DC voltage or amperage, or resistance. I’ve replaced the fuse. I’d appreciate any assistance. @tlampros I guess the good thing that even for a meter there are manuals :-). Start off with the flowchart as designed by Fluke After that, download 77 Series III and see if you can find out what happened to your meter....

Chosen Solution Solely, XBox 1 system? Sort of! There are two devices and one is compatible (to a point) while the other is not. The headphone portion of the headset will work with anything that has a 3.5mm TRS or TRRS port (headphone jack) but the microphone will only work if the port supports a CTIA TRRS connection. The Xbox 360 controller port does not support the microphone but it does support the headphones....

Chosen Solution I recently completed step by step procedure with iFixit YOLD repair kit. The repair worked for a while, but now it seems like it overheats(?) and shuts down with red flashing light. After a few minutes I can start up again, but cycle repeats. Is there something else I can do? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Chosen Solution I have a Kenmore Dishwasher maybe only 5 years old, 665 series (665,13283K116), It starts to fill, water gets hot and then it just stops. I tried “resetting” the dishwasher and it did the run through, but it will not complete a cycle. The one time it did cycle in full after a reset, the dishes were not clean. I have been told I should just buy a new one....

Chosen Solution I’m currently using an ASUS FX504 and when I try to follow the usual solutions, mainly using the synaptics settings, I can’t find synaptics settings anywhere. It’s not in the additional mouse settings or anywhere when i try to type and find it. I have no idea how else to fix this problem, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Chosen Solution My touchscreen just suddenly won’t let me use it when I was on pandora two seconds ago. Now I can’t turn pandora off or reset it since I have to use the touchscreen to do that! You can try holding the power and volume down button for 10-20 seconds to force a restart. You could also try using an OTG cable with a usb mouse.

Chosen Solution @oldturkey03 if I have a iPhone 6 that has a password lock on it and I change the logic board will it be factory reset? Like if I bought a brand new iphone @chino351 for as long as that replacement board is not locked etc. yes it will be like a new phone. Yeah its will be a different phone

Chosen Solution I changed the front glass screen - the LCD was fine but when I put it back together a 1/6 of the screen at the bottom is white in one thick white line. Is it because I touched the LCD - it was smeared so I wiped with dry cloth. Probably shouldn’t have done that. I would double check the LCD connection. Typically touching and cleaning the LCD won’t cause harm....

Chosen Solution My CanoScan LIDE 120 sometimes scans and sometimes makes a grinding noise and doesn’t scan. It just started acting up recently and I can’t get any help from Cannon because it’s no longer under warranty. When I unplug and plug it back in, it works for a bit and then doesn’t. Ideas?
