No physical damage. It started going crazy as long as I remember, after I tried to SHUT DOWN WITH REMOTE CONTROL app. The keyboard sometimes work well, but suddenly stopped working and everytime i press any key it sounds like “beep” ( The sound is like if you press the wrong button/ or full character— I have no idea). Then, it also affect to the trackpad. It keep doing as right click even though I just do normal click (left click). I tried using external keyboard, but it also affect to my external keyboard. If the keyboard does not work on my Macbook, the external one is also. If it works, the external works too. I tried factory reset on my MacBook, but once it asks for configuration like typing a name etc, my keyboard does not work. I tried every single suggestion here like reset PRAM etc but still not work. What should I do? I really need my laptop…
With the external keyboard not working too, I suspect a virus. Try starting up in Safe Mose by holding down the Shift key on startup and let us know if the problem persists.
