Chosen Solution
I was using my computer one day and it was working perfectly fine the whole day until I got home. I was watching a YouTube video and all of sudden my keyboard and track pad stopped working. So I plugged in my mouse and that worked perfectly fine so I decided to check if I locked my keyboard on accident and i didn’t. I restarted my computer and everything worked fine the keyboard and the track pad, so I log in and bam everything stopped working again. I repeat that process like 3 times with the same results (restarting, logging on, and getting mad) until I finally gave up and left it charging on my desk. The next morning I try turning on the bastard and it doesn’t even power on now! I don’t know if it’s a battery problem or if it’s simply coming to the end of its life. Any advice on what to do will help. Thanks.
Have you recently dropped this computer or had any liquid on/in it? And when you hit the power button, does ANYTHING happen at all? a screen with words? does it flash for a sec then turn off? do any lights at all turn on?
