Powers on fine, normally, including Beep, Green light. Can hear the audio of the programs ( from Cable box via HDMI) Screen is “on” and is dark blue. I have searched through the forums and it seems like others have reported this. I have opened and can not see any damaged components, Caps, etc. Other posts mention A,B and C boards - but which is which? There is the I/O singnals board, the power board ans the T-con ( ?) the small control shielded board connecting to the LCD display. I had found other info regarding a fuse (F101 on my board) – my fuse was good. ( 0.2 Ohms). Update (07/21/2018)

Images for reference.

@mrpmoore “Screen is “on” and is dark blue” means that your backlight works. Your error seems to originate on the main board. You do want to go ahead and check the connector from the power board to the main board and see if it delivers all the voltages to the main board. If it does it’s most likely the main board (BAL board) if it does not it’s your power board. Post an image that shows all of your board and how they are arranged.
