Hi guys, so I just purchase the latest QN65Q70RAFXZA and I would like to know if this QLED TV has dual voltage(without opening the cover) so that I can ship it with me to Asia due to job relocation.
@apricate you cannot without actually checking the power supply board. The outside label will always state the voltage for the Country in which it is being sold. So for the US it would be AC110-120V 50/60Hz . For the last few years all the power supplies I have seen inside Samsung TV’s have all been dual voltage. I would be very surprised if your would not be.
Got a Samsung Frame TV, purchased here in Canada (the One Connect box manufactured in Mexico) and the power label only says 100-120V. Opened up the one connect box (it was easier than I expected) and indeed the power supply board explicitly says “Input rating: 100v - 240V, 50-6-HZ, 3.5A”. Made photos of it, can send them to those interested. Love this TV so I’m taking it with me to Europe when I move there in a few months.
