tierran, not sure why you don’t just download iTunes. It would make things so much easier. Here is what you can try:" 1.download iphone browser from here! 2.install iphone browser 3.connect iPod to computer 4.open your iphone bowser and navigate to var folder 5.open var folder and navigate to keychains 6.open keychains folder and delete keychain-2.bd file 8.reboot your iPod, passcode or disabled massage should be gone.." from here Hope this helps, good luck.
