Ok this is a long story, I bought an iPhone 7 to do a screen replacement which I than found out that the front camera ribbon was cut and a wire was cut also I’m not sure what is is but I’ll include both, after I replaced the screen the iPhone still wouldn’t turn on even with the old screen
So did the iPhone turn on with the old display prior to installing the replacement? If so, there is something wrong with how you are installing the new display. Make sure to follow this guide step-by-step to ensure you are doing this properly. That said, I would recommend reseating all of the cables that you may have accidentally improperly connected upon reassembly and try again.
