I have an iPhone 7 Plus here, with a cracked screen. It constantly keeps rebooting. Here are what I did so far:

  1. Replaced the screen
  2. Replaced the battery,
  3. Disconnected front camera flex and home button flex.
  4. Restored the phone to original factory settings. All of the above attempts made no difference. The phone will just boot to main screen, then turns off, then reboot again. Can anyone tells me where to check please? I don’t think the NAND chip has problem. Because if the NAND chip failed, the phone wouldn’t restore. I already restored the phone to original factory settings, no error code, the restoration was successful. But made no difference, the phone is still in boot loop.

Keep the front camera unplugged for now, keep home button plugged into screen. Try turning it on again. If it still has the same issue, try another iPhone 7 battery. For testing you can use 6P, 6S or 6SP battery to plug in and see if the issue persists. Constant rebooting is sometimes caused by a bad battery so something to note about.
